You deserve a life filled with joy and purpose. As a culturally aware clinician, I’m here to support you in breaking free from the chains that hold you back. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, or adjusting to change, healing is possible—and every one of us is capable of reclaiming our lives.

My work centers on helping you connect to your inner world, rewrite limiting narratives, and choose your story with intention. With deep care for each of my clients, I walk beside you as you forge a path toward healing, confidence, and alignment with your destiny. Using an integrative, primarily narrative approach rooted in social justice, I support your transformation—helping you feel powerful, seen, and self-actualized.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Health from Brown University, a Master of Education from Harvard University in Education Policy and Management, and I am completing my Master of Arts in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness at New York University. Before counseling, I spent nearly 20 years as an educator, coach, and leader. That work, focused on supporting adults and systems to nurture youth healing and development, continually reminds me that growth begins within. Healing requires love—and it’s through love that we become mirrors for one another, ignite change, and step into our best selves to do our best work.

I welcome clients from all backgrounds and hold space for you to feel safe, respected, and understood—wherever you are on your journey. As the daughter of East African refugees, I carry a deep appreciation for belonging and the wisdom of being a traveler in this world. I believe in honoring both our shared humanity and our singular stories—and I would be honored to walk with you as you navigate yours.

It’s never too late to heal, and today is a perfect day to start!
