Talking healthy habits and healthy bodies at the Essence Fest Empowerment Experience in New Orleans.
Over the years, I’ve led presentations and workshops on a range of topics—from coping with trauma to reducing stress, from mindful eating to creating a more balanced life. As a speaker and facilitator, I design interactive, engaging programs that meet people where they are. My workshops often draw from principles of Biblio/Poetry Therapy and Transformative Language Arts, using storytelling and self-expression as tools for healing and growth. Whether the focus is stress relief or self-discovery, nourishment or nurturing, my goal is always the same: to help people find their voice, reclaim their power, and take their health and healing into their own hands.

PRAISE
"We were delighted with Robin Stone’s daylong symposium for Chicago Children’s Advocacy Center. She is an engaging speaker and facilitator who blends deep knowledge with warmth and candor that resonates with her audience. In developing our breakout session, Robin was responsive to our specific needs and led distinct groups with varying perspectives toward actionable solutions. As one participant put it, 'The group work was like a launching pad.' We were thoroughly pleased and hope to work with Robin again!"
— Char Rivette, Executive Director, Chicago Children's Advocacy Center
"Robin led a lively, interactive Stress-Busting workshop for our Make Your Mark women's group at Turner Construction Company in New York City. Focusing on work-life balance issues, Robin was informative, entertaining, empowering and responsive to our group's unique needs. Our participants left with concrete strategies to reduce stress in their lives in order to be more productive and fulfilled in their jobs and at home. Robin was great to work with and I highly recommend her for corporate wellness initiatives."
